Buck naked!!
Trent woke up yesterday, but I didn’t go in to see him right away b/c he wasn’t crying or anything, so finally he called for me. I came in to find my son…buck naked!! He managed to take off his pj, an undershirt and his very very wet diaper (it’s a good thing it wasn’t poopy diaper, puke puke!!). It was a funny site to see, but I didn’t want to laugh b/c he would think that it was ok.
So what I’ve started doing is put his pj (only the ones w/zippers) on backward. I would buy the Pj’s on sale at either Baby Gap, or The Children’s Place, cut off the feet and put it on backward. And he hasn’t been able to reach back to unzip his pj at all. Ha Ha, who’s smarter than whom now!!
I’m sure I’m not the only one with a rascal for a son, I’m sure you have experienced this “exhibitionist” stage w/your child, am I right or what?! So I’ve asked the Baby Gap folks if they can make PJ’s w/the zipper in the back w/o me having to cut off the feet…but they haven’t replied back. Don’t you think that’s a good idea? Well, you can take this idea and run with it, I won’t ask for any royalties, just make sure the materials are good quality and the print is cute!
