Mommy’s primetime TV.
My husband calls me E! because I LOVE TV and 8:00 PM SHARP is my couch potato time. But that only happens if all three kids are in dream land. And it gets kind of hard to reach that 8:00 deadline when my husband is working late (what’s he thinking of?!)!
Unfortunate for me tonight, he’s working late (ugh!) and my “Gilmore girls” is on at 8:00! So after speed eating (I call it speed eating but if you have three children under the age of five, you know that’s an impossible feat!), and speed playing, I ushered all three kids upstairs at 6:50 for a bubble bath (yes, they want bubbles, lots of it, *sigh*).
After everyone is bathed, clothed, diaper changed, ears cleaned, teeth brushed, hair dried, fed milk, books read (they learned speed reading tonight, *devilish grin*), I got downstairs at 7:58 PM! Two minutes to spare to wash some bottles, put away leftover food, pick up toys, at the same time trying to chow down my cold dinner.
8:01, my butt is planted on the couch and the phone rang. It was my cousin calling from Texas to say how much he loved my blog(tell me more,*happy glee*!). Oh alright, I can talk, do my blog and watch TV at the same time…multi-tasking folks. Don’t you know that us Mothers invented that term!! 
Tivo sounds like a good option at this point!Â
