My first thought was that the person that would do this only cares for themselves, and then I saw a mom flick one from the window with a car full of kids. It hit me that if she doesn't care about her own children's health, why should we dream that she would care about public lands or forests? Grrrrrr..... Someone has started the habit of using the garden space two feet from our apartment door as their personal ashtray and it's driving me insane. I have twice fished a butt out of Annabelle's mouth. It's so disgusting and harmful. Dave, my husband, occasionally points out the mom driving a minivan full of kids with a pro-life bumper sticker on it who happens to be lighting up with all the windows rolled up and the AC on. Such hypocrisy! Right on!
