Favorite TV characters-My first Meme

September 19th, 2006

I’ve been tagged for a first Meme by Jessica. And this is one meme that’s “right up my alley” since my hubbie’s nickname for me is E! I’m addicted to TV but only after the kids go down for the night. Here are ten of my favorite TV characters (not in any order), this is going to be tough since I do have a lot of them. But I’ll follow the rule (this time) and here it is:

1) Tommy Gavin (Dennis Leary) in “Rescue Me”…I think he’s such a talented actor and just love everything he’s involved in.

Where’s Waldo

September 19th, 2006

Actually, I wanted to be Waldo this morning in the comfort of my home and the seekers would be my two cranky clowns adorable children, Trent (my 3 y/o Dr. Jeckyll & Mr. Hyde), and Sophia (my happy-but-oh-my-friggin’-clingy 18 months old). As much as I missed them on our little getaway this past weekend, I wished I was back at that B&B right about NOW! Oh wait, did I just say that out loud?!

We’re baaack

September 17th, 2006

We did it! We had our first mini honeymoon getaway in six years, there were lots of things that we did and saw, so this post will be a bit lengthy. I will break it down to different categories by dates and by places and this little dohickey (~) in order to keep your interest right here at my humble blog.

Soooo, we’re off*

September 15th, 2006

Ok, so I’m addicted to blogging!!!!

Thanks to Crackberry, Blackberry, yes we brought it with us on our first getaway (in six years), and I checked emails this morning (and yes, I love getting comments!) and stuff and lo and behold, deleted my post on where we were going for the weekend BY MISTAKE!!  And I can’t get that post back!  Can you hear me crying in the background?!!

Yes, we are having a very good time at this nice B&B but missing my three adorable kids like MAD (I’ll post it more when we get back), but I’m still kicking myself for checking my blog!  See what you gentle readers are doing to me?!  I have to check into a Blog rehab now.

“Just The Way You Are”

September 13th, 2006

It was nine years ago today that we joined hands, and exchanged vows in front of 189 beloved family and friends. It was an exhaustingly long day of preserving traditions and honoring two different cultures. One side was Vietnamese and Buddhist from Massachusetts, and the other was Korean and Catholic from New Jersey. It was not a Romeo and Juliet story per se, but there was trials and tribulations along the way.

Through five years of courtship, our love endures many obstacles, like any other relationships, and the bond grows stronger every single day that we’re together.
