While we’re away…
To my helper, my sister,
If “piglet” decides to come out this week during the night, here’s the schedule for our 3 rugrats. You should get up around 7ish to get ready for the day.
-Pour milk into a coffee cup 1/2 way and heat up for 25 seconds, then transfer into the blue cup for Trent and green cup for Tyler.
-Wake Tyler up at 7:30, if the weather is hot…shorts (middle right drawer) and short-sleeved shirt (in closet), socks and sneakers. If rainy and around 60 degrees…long pants (bottom left drawer) and long-sleeved shirt (also in closet), socks and sneakers.
-Ask Trent if he wants to walk to the bus stop with you, if so…he needs to change as well (same deal as Tyler’s outfits). This way, he’s more prone to change faster than later. Brush teeth when he comes back.
-For breakfast: toast 3 slices of bread and spread with butter , fill 1/2 with OJ and dilute with some water for Tyler.
-If there’s still broccoli cheddar soup, heat up for 1 minute, stir and let it cool a bit before putting in lunch bag, pack a spoon. If not, pack him pita bread with humus. Pack 1 juice box upper top pantry, pack 2 snacks in the right pantry. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GIVE HIM 50 cents for milk.
-If Sophia’s up, fill up a coffee mug almost to the rim and heat up 40 seconds then transfer to her pink cup. She needs to drink her milk without any interruptions or she won’t finish her milk. Don’t open shades until she’s done. You might want to drive to the bus stop if she’s up. If she’s not up by 8:05, just walk to the bus stop with Tyler and Trent.
-Sophia will tell you what she wants to wear. I know, she’s only 2!
-Trent should eat lunch by 10:45, 1/2 cup of milk (no heating), he takes his time. Ask him what he wants to eat, usually bread and turkey…no mayo. Ask him if he needs to poop by 11:15 to avoid the 5-minute-before-the-van-comes crunch. He takes his time like Daddy. HIS SCHOOL VAN COMES AT EXACTLY 11:45. Put on sandals/sneakers by 11:35…again, he takes his time. If it’s hot, put suntan lotion on his face, ears, back of neck, arms and legs including the top of his feet. Don’t forget his backpack.
-Sophia eats lunch the same time as Trent, 1/2 cup of milk in her pink sippy cup (no heating). Nap time by 12:15 the latest after reading her books, she’ll tell you which one. Put her PJ on backward with zipper in the back. She loves to strip and you don’t want to clean any unwanted poop/pee in the crib.
-PUT YOUR FEET UP AND RELAX unless you have the urge to clean our house until 3:05…pick up the boys at the bus stop. Trent’s van usually let him off at the same spot. If not, the driver will drop him off in front of the house.
BED TIME SCHEDULE IF “PIGLET” DECIDES TO POP THEN…
-Dinner by 6ish, 1/2 cup of milk (no heating). Smell the kids to see if bath is necessary, if not…get ready for bed by 7:30. Use the electronic toothbrush on all 3 kids, floss Tyler’s teeth. Again, put Sophia’s PJ on backward, no undershirt. Read books on Tyler’s bed for all 3 kids. Ask Trent to pee for the last time before bed. Put Vaseline in both boys’ nostrils, make sure you put it all the way inside to avoid bloody noses.
-Put Sophia to bed last, put on a size 6 diaper…the girl can pee like a race horse. If she cries during the night, check on her to make sure she doesn’t pee through her outfit. If she cries for milk, NO MILK unless it’s 5ish. Put her back in her crib and read her a book, she usually goes back to bed right away. DO NOT TAKE HER TO BED WITH YOU UNLESS YOU WANT HER TO STARE AT YOU IN THE DARK ‘TIL MORNING!
WE WILL BE HOME SOON AND WE PROMISE THIS WILL BE OUR 4th AND LAST BABY, I’LL MAKE SURE OF THAT! THANKS FOR YOUR HELP SIS!!

Good lord, I’m exhausted already.
Wow.
I can’t wait to “meet” the piglet!
Phew! She better start resting now. Hope you are feeling well!
I’m exhausted just reading all that.
Hope the piglet comes soon!
If I were your sister, I would stay in bed and ignore that ringing phone! LOL!
Kailani~If I were her, I wouldn’t answer the phone either.
wow! i really thought I’d pop on here & see news of piglet’s arrival.
Hopefully soon….
Good schedule, you definitely are prepaired, lol.
Oh I hope you’re doing well and that everything is ready. Any day . . .
>>Smell the kids to see if bath is necessary
I love that phrase.
Can’t wait to hear about baby 4!
Just so everyone knows. The kids did not pass the sniff test today
And still nothing on the piglet front…
Note to self: I’m too old for three kids … let alone four!
Waya - you’re going to scare her off! You should just leave that on the kitchen counter and apologize later!!
What a list!!!!
And your sis keeps coming back for more…
What a great family…
Pendullum~I don’t think she has a choice! Nice sister huh?! She’s definitely a keeper alright!
Wow! Your sis is a keeper.
Can’t wait to hear that Piglet has arrived.
I’m still at the coffee part, everything else is just kinda’ blurry…
Tony~I need some KFC to speed up the process here. Last time I had KFC…I gave birth to Sophia the same night!!
ok, now I’m getting impatient, lol.
WHERE IS PIGLET!!!!???
Tell me about it Marz! I had an OB check up today and piglet is inching to about 3 cm, and 50% efface. I’m hoping he’ll be coming out tonight or the latest Sat. Due date is 6/10, so if no “action†on Sunday, then induction will be done first thing Monday!
So, here’s to a fast and easy birth! Can’t wait to see my little piglet! Thanks for all your concerned queries!!
Anything yet? HUH, huh, huh? Anything? And doesn’t it just make you exhausted to read what you do all day? I can remember when the kids were smaller and if I really thought about all the little things I did EVERY day it made me realize why I felt so tired all the time!
I can’t wait to hear about Piglet….
oh, this is all so exciting, betty!!! I’m having sympathy exhaustion for you and can’t wait to hear some news. Best of luck and many well wishes to you and your family, sister included.
Hoping to see an announcement soon!
Well, here we are… monday night. Hoping you had an easy birth & that you’re holding your little “Piglet” in your arms & we finally get to find out what his name is.
Parker was born at 2:29pm today. Not this is not a misprint: 10 lbs 2.8 ounces and 22 inches! Mommy and our little sumo wrestler are doing great so far.
Not sure when Betty will post something. I may post a picture a two later in the week.
Woo hoo!!!! Congratulations to you all!!!!!
You decided not to pick a “T” name afterall.
Can’t wait to see pics!!! & hope Betty’s recovery is fast.
Okay I keep checking in and no updates. If you’re listening . . . is there news??
Hope you’re well . . .
