’tis the season
November 6th, 2007not shopping for Christmas or preparing for Thanksgiving , but it’s a season for viruses and visits to the pediatrician around here.
After a few days of the nagging smokers-kind-of cough and fevers, I took the four kids to see the doc yesterday and was told there’s a virus calls “para-flu” that’s going around. It has similar symptoms like croup. ALL!FOUR!KIDS! But poor Parker has a bit of fluid in his ears, not a full-flown ear infection unless his fever reaches 100.5 degrees, which we’re crossing our fingers that he won’t. Poor kid’s bottom two teeth are also cutting through, and he’s not even five months yet!!
